Why hasn’t my cashback tracked?

How long does confirmation take?

Confirmation timing varies by retailer and purchase type. Some confirm within weeks, others may take several months.

How do loyalty tiers work?

Loyalty tiers are based on your confirmed lifetime cashback. Bronze, Silver, and Gold reflect your progress and may unlock features over time.
